Despite suffering from two seizures, Rick Ross still planned on taking the stage at his North Carolina and Memphis shows over the weekend.

Looks like Rick changed his mind though, (which he should have done in the first place!) and decided to cancel his performances at the Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina and his Friday night show in Memphis.

Rick's reps wouldn't elaborate on WHY he decided to cancel, but we have a pretty good feeling that it was due to his health.

Take time to get some rest and take care of yourself, Rick. Your health is way more important!

Here's the deal:

The last time Lindsay Lohan got a "Get Out Of Jail Free Card," it was under the conditions that she clean up her teeth act, stay sober and complete 360 hours of community service at a local women's shelter. We already knew she's failed on the first two conditions, but now it seems she's struck out completely! It's been revealed that she was BOOTED from the Downtown Women's Center in L.A for being completely unreliable!

According to sources at the center, Lindsay not only blew off nine visits without warning, but when she did finally show her face, she would always be late and "work" for no longer than an hour! As her contributions to the center were " very unimpressive," the Women's Center fired her two weeks ago, citing several violations to her service agreement. The Probation Department's volunteer center assigned her to a new community service program at the Red Cross shortly, but no word yet if she is fairing any better there.

Now, here's the REAL SCOOP: Next week, Lindsay is due back in court for a progress hearing. The last time she stood in front of Judge Sautner, he swore that if she didn't take her probation seriously, her behind was getting carted back to jail! Wonder if being FIRED from a job she wasn't even getting paid to do qualifies as grounds to smack down the gavel of justice!

As you may recall, my dear friends Emma and Josh got themselves engaged to be married on New Year’s Eve last December 31 and they have settled on a date. Em and JZ are gettin’ hitched next year in Mexico and their Save the Date postcard arrived in the mail yesterday :)

Tonight is the annual Out on the Mountain special night at Six Flags Magic Mountain where the park closes for GLBT folks and their friends. I missed out on going last year but David and I are really excited to go tonight! We’ve been talking about going to Six Flags all Summer but it never worked out. Tonight is our night, tho! It’s gonna be a blast!!

David and I will be meeting up with Darion and Sebastian for the night’s festivities so it should be a blast! This is the one night of the year that Magic Mountain isn’t uberpacked and it’s much easier to ride all the rides we want. Roller Coasters in the dark? Yes, please!

Yesterday was all about the babies for David and me. No, we didn’t run out and buy one of our own … but we did get to spend the day with 2 beautiful little darlings and their parents. First up, we made our way to Silverlake to attend Audrey’s 1st birthday party. Her mother Genevieve and daddy Charlie are always so gracious to invite us to their family celebrations so we were thrilled to attend. Later in the day, we made our way to the Valley to meet for the first time little Gemma, the first borne child of our good friends Gillian and Tim. It was deffo a Baby, Baby Sunday.

Audrey’s party was a costume party so David went as bootleg Batman and I went as more bootleg Darth Vader. The little miss was so bizzy being loved by all of her guests we didn’t get a chance to snatch her away ;) Gemma was born 3 weeks ago and OMG is she the most precious, most perfect little baby ever. She is just the cutest thing. All we did for about 2 hours was stare at her. So cute. Gillian and Tim looked so great, they make new parenting look like a breeze.

We had a great day, no doubt. Today I’ll be holed up here at home. I have a lot of stuff to get done before I jet off to NYC for a few days on Wed. Bizzy Bizzy, Happy Manic Monday!!

Long Beach-born rapper Nathaniel Hale, better known as Nate Dogg, is dead at 41 - his family announced Tuesday night.

The cause of death is not known at this time. However, Nate had suffered two strokes, one in 2007 and another in 2008.

The LAPD descended upon the home of Charlie Sheen on Thursday night in what some insiders are calling a "pre-planned raid"!

"I can confirm police are there, but we're not releasing further details at the moment," said LAPD spokeswoman Norma Eisenman.

Were they looking for drugs???

"There are about two or three patrol cars there," LAPD Van Nuys staffer Stacy Ball added late Thursday night. "There was no 911 call."

Despite the LAPD speaking on the record about their visit to Sheen's house, Charlie Tweeted a denial, saying: "#fastball: all good here on homefront. all reports are false. I'll explain more very soon. #Dogspeed c"

Update: Entertainment Tonight is reporting that the LAPD went to Charlie's house to remove guns from his house as part of settlement agreement with ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

Brooke believed that Charlie holds a license for as many as 47 guns.

Why does someone need 47 guns?????

We all have our own things going, but we all really, genuinely, enjoy each other's company. We'll go to a party together or people will come over to my place and we'll just kick it and have a drink. There's a genuine friendship between a lot of us.

On the cast's reaction to the season finale:

Well, actually last weekend's episode read as a season finale. It could have very easily been the season finale. It was so good. We all thought when we saw it, and then all of a sudden they gave us the script for the actual season finale and it blew us out of the water.

On what OUR reaction will be:

You can expect to be completely surprised in all different angles of the show. It's more captivating and will leave you on the edge of your seats. And I guarantee you, eyebrows will be raised. Some things will get resolved and a lot of stuff is going to be left hanging in the air, where you're just going to be like, "What the hell?"

This weekend in NYC will be really quick tho … David and I fly back to LA on Sunday night. I plan on making the most of time tho ;)

Tonight I’m seeing Sleep No More again (woot!) then will be meeting up with my girl Tiffany who I know online thru my friends Tam, Rob, Ollie and Caleb. I believe I’ll also be meeting their friend Travis as well so … should be fun. But before that, we’ve got birthday stuff to do so … it’s gonna be a bit of a bizzy day.

Here's a little backstory before we say why:

A California appeals court upheld the firing of a San Diego teacher who posted an ad on Craigslist with naked pictures of himself in the site’s “men seeking men” section.

Okay. So. Not only was it part of a website that has age verification in place, but the teacher did not list his name or the name of the school, and he was looking for consensual sex.

We'd understand if he was going after a minor, or student, or prostitute, but this is going a little too far.

While we don't support the methods he took, they were his personal business, and we can't say he should lose his job over it.

Unfortunately the appeals court doesn't agree with us, and is calling it "immoral conduct." So far, it looks like he'll be losing his job.

Although reports circulated that Matt Lauer was interested in leaving The Today SHow, sources close to the anchor have revealed the announcement was only a move to secure himself a pretty hefty raise - to $25 million a year!

Not a bad negotiation tactic - he waited right until Meredith Veira said she was calling it quits!

Right now he makes a pretty comfortable $17 mill, but we imagine if he continues playing his cards right he can get it bumped up!
